The 2017 Draft Animal-Power Field Days will be held at the Cornish Fairgrounds in Cornish, NH on September 29th – October 1st.  

We are building a terrific line up of topics & presenters for the 2017 Draft Animal-Power Field Days.

Friday All Day Intensive Workshops

Friday Intensives run 9am – 4pm

These three workshops will give participants a chance to spend the whole day in a small group, learning from experienced teamsters and gaining some hands on experience.

Forest to Frame

Begin, Transition, and Grow Your Farm

Seed to Sale at Stephen Leslie’s Cedar Mountain Farm

The fee for these workshops also includes a weekend pass to the event. By pre-registration only.

Friday $60

Training Your Horses with Neal & Bekah Perry

The fee for working with the Perry is $100 per horse and $200 for a team

Celebrating Ten Years Together Benefit Auction

Help us celebrate ten years together by participating in the 2017 Benefit Auction at this year’s Draft Animal-Power Field Days in Cornish NH. All proceeds from the auction will go toward future DAPNet events. Donations in good, safe condition can include but are not limited to: farming or forest equipment, harness/yoke or stable items, draft power related artwork and antiques, farm product baskets, baked goods, and services. Already donated are an adjustable Ox yoke staple, framed photograph, plowing lesson with Sam Rich, tin of homemade cookies, and a 2-way sulky plow.

Equipment and tack will be sold Sunday morning with donations accepted until 9am

Art and farm products will be sold by silent auction ending on Sunday morning.

You must be present to win, all items must be paid for and removed on Sunday. Payment by cash or  check only.  If you would like to donate an item or a service to the benefit auction, please contact Erika Marczak (518) 441-9870,
