    Here are a couple of pictures of us thinning a Sitka Spruce stand. Were using a Swedish built, single horse forwarder. Think a single horse grapple loader is next on wish list or a new back by Christmas.

    I can almost hear it and smell it.

    Or in the case of animal powered forestry: I can actually hear it…and everything else too.
